Personal AI coaching

Stop watching tutorials. Start using AI on real work.

Most people know AI can help them. The hard part is figuring out exactly how, for your specific work, your specific tools, and your specific goals. That is what 1:1 coaching is for.

You have watched the tutorials. AI still is not part of your workflow.

There is no shortage of AI content. Courses, YouTube videos, LinkedIn threads, newsletters explaining what ChatGPT can do. Most people have tried it. Most people still do not use it consistently or confidently for real work.

The gap is not information. It is translation. You know AI can write, research, summarize, and automate, but you do not know which of those things applies to your work, in your tools, in a way that actually saves time rather than creating more steps.

One-on-one coaching closes that gap by working backward from your actual job, not from a generic use-case list. The result is prompts you will use, workflows built around your habits, and a system that does not depend on you remembering what you learned in a tutorial six weeks ago.

  • Tutorials do not translate.

Generic AI content explains what is possible. It does not help you figure out what to actually do on Monday.

  • Tool paralysis is real.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity — it is not obvious which one to use or when.

  • Ad-hoc use does not stick.

You try AI once, get a mediocre result, and go back to doing it manually. The habit never forms.

  • Nothing is saved or reused.

Every prompt starts from scratch. There is no system, no library, no consistency.

A personal AI system built around your work.

Everything in a coaching engagement is tailored to your situation, not a curriculum designed for someone else.

AI Workflow Audit

We start with how you actually work. What tasks eat the most time, where quality is inconsistent, and what you have already tried with AI. The audit tells us where coaching will create the most leverage.

Personalized Prompt Design

We build prompts around your specific tasks, your voice, and your standards, not templates copied from a Reddit thread. Prompts are tested live, refined on real examples, and saved so you can use them again.

Tool Selection

You should not have to guess whether to use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or something else for a given task. We match the right tool to the right job based on your stack, your work, and what each model actually does well.

Live Coaching Sessions

Sessions are one-on-one, focused on your actual work, and recorded so you can reference them later. You leave each session with something usable, not a reading list.

Habit and System Design

One good session is not enough. We build a lightweight system around your natural work patterns so AI becomes a default tool, not something you have to remember to try.

Accountability and Follow-up

Between sessions, you have a clear next action to try. At the start of the next session, we review what worked, what did not, and refine accordingly. No flying blind.

Built for individuals who want AI to work for their specific situation.

If any of these sounds like you, 1:1 coaching is likely a fit.

  • Solopreneurs

Who need to move faster without adding headcount.

  • Freelancers

Trying to deliver more without working more hours.

  • Executives

Who want AI as a thinking partner and productivity layer, not a toy.

  • Consultants

Trying to use AI to scale client work without sacrificing quality.

  • Creators

Who want AI in their content workflow without losing their voice.

  • Operators

Building repeatable personal systems to do more with less.

  • Business owners

Who know AI should help but are not sure exactly how yet.

  • Professionals

Who learn better by doing than by watching another tutorial.

How coaching works

Three steps from "AI is not really part of my workflow yet" to a personal system you actually use.

Audit your current AI use

We map out how you actually work: your recurring tasks, your tools, and where you have already tried AI and gotten underwhelming results. This tells us exactly where to focus so the first session produces something immediately useful.

Build your personal system

We design prompts, workflows, and tool choices around your specific work. Everything is tested live on real tasks, refined until the output is actually good, and saved so you can reuse it without starting from scratch each time.

Lock in the habit

The system only works if you use it. We build a lightweight routine around your existing habits so AI becomes a default move, not an experiment you have to remember to try. You leave with a clear, low-friction way to keep using what we built.

Practical AI, built around real work.

I have 20+ years in SEO, digital strategy, content systems, and AI workflow design. I have helped founders, consultants, solopreneurs, and teams figure out how to use AI in ways that actually change how they work, not just add a new tab to their browser.

Today I split my time between leading SEO and GEO at Leah and providing AI coaching and consulting to individuals and small-to-mid-sized teams. My coaching is practical and opinionated. I will tell you what to try, what to skip, and what is actually worth your time based on what I see working across dozens of different use cases.

The goal is always the same: AI habits that stick, prompts you actually reuse, and a system clear enough that you do not need me on speed dial to keep it running.

Common questions about 1:1 AI coaching

Short, direct answers to the questions people ask before booking.

What does a 1:1 AI coaching session look like?

Sessions are live, one-on-one, and focused on your actual work, not generic examples. We start with what you are already doing (or trying to do), identify where AI can create real leverage, and build prompts, workflows, and habits around those specific tasks. You leave each session with something you can use the same day.

How many sessions do I need?

Most people see meaningful results within two to four sessions. A single session is enough to audit your current AI use and walk away with a handful of tailored prompts. More sessions let us build out a fuller personal system, cover multiple use cases, and refine what is working. The pacing depends on where you are starting and how fast you want to move.

What does 'personalized' actually mean?

It means we work on your specific tasks, in your specific tools, for your specific goals. Not a template. Not a curriculum designed for a generic persona. Before our first session, you tell me what your work looks like and where AI is not delivering. Everything we build is tailored to that context, including the prompts, the tools, and the workflow design.

Which AI tools do you cover?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and any other tools already in your stack. Part of the session is making sure you are using the right tool for each job, not just defaulting to whichever one is already open. If you are already invested in a particular platform, we build around that.

Do sessions happen in person or remotely?

Most sessions are virtual via video call, and they are recorded so you can reference them later. In-person sessions are handled case by case depending on location and timing, so reach out if that is what you are looking for and we can talk through whether it makes sense.

What if I am completely new to AI tools?

That is a common starting point and a good one. Coaching for beginners skips the jargon and focuses on practical use: what tools to start with, what tasks to try AI on first, and how to build the habit of reaching for it before defaulting to the manual way. You do not need a technical background to get real value from AI.

How is this different from a course or tutorial?

Courses teach general concepts. Coaching applies them to your situation. You get answers to your specific questions, prompts for your specific tasks, and feedback on your specific output, not a pre-recorded video that was made for someone else. The other difference is accountability: you leave with a clear next action, not a homework assignment you may or may not complete.
